ABSTRACT
The article describes three clinical cases of
implant-prosthetic treatment of patients who were
admitted in order to replace missing teeth. Due to
the location of deficiencies in the aesthetic zone,
the method of choice was restoration with the use
of dental implants and permanent dentures, and
the results obtained were compared on the basis
of the solutions used during treatment. In every
case, when the implant-prosthetic rehabilitation
process was completed, therapeutic, functional
and aesthetic success was achieved, satisfying
both the doctor and the patient. The adaptation
to prosthetic restorations proceeded without
complications. The use of hybrid zirconium
abutments, particularly in the anterior region of
arches, achieves aesthetically pleasing results. In
order for zirconium dioxide implant prosthetics
to succeed, it is essential that the strategic
planning and design of the restoration by the
dentist is completemented by the detail-oriented
fabrication of the prostheses by the dental
laboratory technician. Safety protocols must always be implemented in order to secure such
rehabilitation of missing dentition.
